We all find things hard at times in our lives. When we do, it can help to work through our thoughts and feelings with someone who seeks to understand, not judge us, and offers effective reflection on our situation. This is what I aim to do as a counsellor. You may already know what you are seeking counselling for, or perhaps you don’t know but feel dissatisfied or ‘stuck’ somewhere in your life. Whatever your reason, you can contact me to arrange a free first meeting.
I recognise it may be important for you to see a counsellor quickly. I can usually arrange our first session within a week of you contacting me. The first session is free of charge so that you can find out if counselling is for you. I understand that scheduling can be hard sometimes – so I offer sessions on Saturdays and weekday evenings, as well as reduced-rate weekday daytime sessions.
