- I offer in-person, one-to-one counselling with adults, young people and children 10+.
- I offer one-to-one sessions by Teams for those who cannot meet in person.
- Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place on a weekly basis.
- I offer sessions on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturday afternoons. Contact me for details of current availability.
