You do not need to leave a detailed message – just your name, contact details and an expression of interest in my counselling services. If you would like me to call you, let me know what times work for you. I aim to reply to all queries within two working days. 

Please note that as I live in the Wivenhoe area I do not work with clients who also live there. This is to avoid conflicts of interest and to ensure I am working ethically.
